Josh welcomes Olympian, Coach, Mentor, and Director of Cougar Athletics Karla Karch a former Canadian Olympian who played basketball at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta and at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney. She also represented Canada at numerous World Championships. They talk about athletics during the pandemic, the growth of the women’s game, coaching team Alberta, and some of her favorite Olympic memories.
