Sometimes you meet someone who seems less a human being and more of just a force of nature. Eric The Trainer is one of those people.

As a fitness expert Eric has worked with celebrities for film, television and music, including bands such as Def Leppard and Tesla. But now Eric The Trainer is stepping out into new territory. As a huge fan of the 80’s big sound hard rock Eric is doing his best to bring that style of music back to the forefront of the industry with his own band called Maine Monster.
