Stitched up Heart is a powerful voice in modern metal music, and that’s why Brett and Mo were so happy to welcome lead singer Mixi to the We Talk Music podcast.

Mixi is truly a singer with a heart of gold, and a voice to match. The new Stitched Up Heart album is titled Darkness, and every song on the album it has a personal meaning from Mixi to her fans.

When she’s not banging her head on stage, Mixi is working to make things better for someone. That’s why she donates time, energy and financially yo Kitten Rescue LA and Guitars for Vets. Nut make no doubt about it, when she gets onstage she’s a force, and that’s why Sebastian Bach pegged Stitched Up Heart to open for him on the 2020 tour.

This is an in depth interview. We talk to Mixi about the challenges of performing live and overcoming fears. She shares how the new album has a guest appearance from Godsmack singer Sully on the single Lost, Mixi also shares what Sully taught her anout taking care of herse;f and preparing for a show.
