It’s bucket list time for your We Talk Music hosts Brett and Mo as they welcome one of their favorites to the show, Mike Tramp.

Now a prolific solo artist, Mike Tramp is well known also as the former lead singer of White Lion and Freak Of Nature. His latest album is titled Second Time Around. It’s a collection of newly reworked older recordings, this time done just as Mike Tramp wants them.

Mike is a very open, honest and intelligent interview, and that’s reflected in his music. His current output falls into the Americana / Heartland rock genre. With personal lyrics and important messages, it also still manages to rock.

We dig deep into the album and also where Mike is in his life and career, both working on a farm and playing music. His thoughts on what inspires him and how important music is to him is fascinating. He’s truly lived a life, traveled the globe, met inspiring and unique people, and found his inner peace.

So join us on this journey with Mike Tramp. His new album may be called Second Time Around, but our hope is this is just his first visit with WTM.
