To say that the We Talk Music podcast was excited to have the legendary Carmine Appice on the would be a major understatement. From his time with Rod Stewart, Ozzy Osbourne, Blue Murder and King Kobra he’s been the backbeat to countless songs.
His original band Vanilla Fudge is re-releasing their 2007 album Out Through The Door which features their typically great re-arrangements of classic songs, this time all by Led Zeppelin. Carmine Appice also tells us about what’s upcoming for the band in respects to an album of Motown tributes, the status of band members, and shares some great memories.
And the best part? This is just an appetizer!. Carmine had such a good time we booked a future interview with the show to go much more in depth into his illustrious career. You can be on the look out for that soon.
This show represents the WTM podcast at it’s very best, so please listen and share, and we thank you in advance for doing so.
