Who will win? The listeners!
Keith, Chris, and Mo are joined by DC Comics artist Brett Booth to talk about Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
This is very much *not* a review show. The guys wanted to fanboy out a bit and talk about BvS and what the film means for the future of the DC movie universe.
Brett Booth, recently announced as the artist on Rebirth: Titans, is the biggest fan of Man of Steel on the planet. He and Keith spoke about that film last summer at the Phoenix Comic Con.
Brett returns to We Talk Comics to dig into BvS including its connections to Man of Steel, the Easter eggs, and the threads set up for Wonder Woman, Suicide Squad, and Justice League.
Wonder Woman was so amazing! We can all agree on that right?
As well, the gang looks into the distant future of the franchise for what could be down the road. The big question: Is this even meant to be an open-ended universe?
And who is Jena Malone playing anyway? Brett’s off-the-cuff idea would be the biggest mic drop in comics movie history!
Mo joins in despite not having seen the BvS yet (and it’s Mo, so stay tuned for the 2019 episode where he gets his thoughts in after seeing it).
