The podcast gods have punished us! We flew too close to the ... er... um podcast sun? We lost the audio for 2 episodes so we did a condensed single episode to wrap up this season and announce what comes next! 150 movies entered the Octagon in our search for the Ultimate B-Movie. But a lot more films almost made the cut. In this series of 7, Jim, Jack, and Nic check out movies that would have fit in the Octagon but had something that would hold them back (usually budget or actual quality). The crew of the Dark Star are on a 20 year mission to clear a path in space by destroying planets that are in the way of navigation routes. After a series of mishaps Mother, the ship's computer, can no longer persuade Bomb not to detonate. Even the dead captain is of little help in arguing with Bomb who is bound to do his duty. In The Jigsaw Murders, Detective DaVonzo and his young partner Elliott are putting together a murder mystery with the help of a jigsaw puzzle but will all the pieces be together in time to save DaVonzo's daughter? Check out the list of everything we are doing this series at https://www.imdb.com/list/ls546093513/?ref_=ext_shr_lnk
