Let’s get ready to mustache!! It’s a season of Free Mustache Rides! Tom Selleck may be TVs greatest Mustache and this is an early role as a PI and Ramblin’ Man. Jerry Reed is the lead and Selleck with comedy relief in this buddy-PI outing.Â
Two down and out cowboys wind up in Nashville and are mistaken for detectives. They are hired by the sister of a missing singer. This was the pilot episode of the series Concrete Cowboys with lots of Nashville cameos including Ray Stevens, Barbara Mandrell, and Roy Acuff. (The series would run only 7 episodes and Tom Selleck was replaced by Geoffrey Scott).Â
